I’m an upcoming student and it requires me to claim my watiam ID and set up 2fa. However, as I put my info in, it just shows me an error. What should I do?

I just set up the watmail but I can’t connect it to my outlook account nor apply for residency because it displays an error. Have you had that issue before?

I’m looking for a roommate to rent an apartment. Anyone here who is also in the same situation?
