Hi all, so I had Nexplanon for about 8 years and the side effects were constantly bleeding and severe anxiety. Since I got it removed a year ago my anxiety is pretty much gone and I’ve gone back to a regular cycle, I’m thinking of getting back on birth control for obvious reasons but I’m just worried about my anxiety coming back. Any good feedback on other options is so needed.
