Help us red line our custom floor plan!
Husband and I are building our first home with a custom home builder. We received the initial floor plan for the home this weekend and WE LOVE IT! And… we’re SURE we’re missing/not seeing potential issues (our first custom home). We were asked to red line the plan… what would you change?
Potentially helpful info - home will have a walk out basement with a gym, bedroom, full bath, living area, and storage.
Would greatly appreciate any tips/pointers/input offered!
