There are so many BJJ gyms in my area and a few thai boxing places but I wish there was more variety.

There is not a single combat sambo place in this state that I know of. There is one Kudo place here but it is in another county.

Anyone know of places out here that train these sports? I have been doing Judo and love it.

I started a prescription for buspar about a week ago. So far it has been going well slight dizziness but feeling a bit more relaxed already. I would like to add something for depression, I am considering wellbutrin but also considering zoloft but I am afraid of PSSD. I mostly have social anxiety and just a general lack of motivation. Is it too soon to ask my GP to add an antidepressant?
