Whenever i breath in deep, i get thid weird sensation/feeling on my shoulder
ive had bad health anxiety for a while now and this started around a week ago completely randomly, whenever i breath in deep, i feel this weird almost tingling feeling in my shoulder that goes down to the arm, its completely fine otherwise. any ideas what this is or could be? if it was some sort of strain wouldnt it go away in a bit, its been quite a while and this feeling has stuck with me
