I'm moving to a different state and pretty much have no intention of coming back to my current lab.
Several months ago, I planned out a vacation for next month. However, that coincides with my move to my new job. If I put in 2 weeks notice, my PTO is going to be denied for sure.
Do companies call my previous workplaces to ask if I'm hireable?
