Happy to share my experience with any women who are considering starting reta, or anyone who has questions about diet, training, or just the overall process. When I first started, I had a lot of doubts and had to figure things out through trial and error, so I know how confusing it can be in the beginning.

For some context, I started at 193 and I’m currently at 146. Along the way, I’ve learned a lot about managing diet, staying consistent with workouts, and what actually works vs what doesn’t. It hasn’t been perfect, but overall it’s been a really positive experience for me.

If you have any questions—whether it’s about getting started, progress, or anything related—feel free to drop them below and I’ll do my best to share what I’ve learned.
