Hi everyone,
I’m in the early stages of planning a move to Japan, and I’m trying to get a realistic sense of what life there is like. If you’ve made the move yourself, what were the biggest challenges? What helped you settle in? Anything you’d recommend doing before arriving?
Also, I’d love to hear about the things that make Japan special to you — your favorite neighborhood, a restaurant you always bring friends to, a dish you think newcomers have to try, or even a small everyday thing that brings you joy.
Thanks for taking the time to share your experiences.
