Worried I'll be told off for health issues

I recently found out I got high blood pressure and been put on medication. I informed my manager about this. On my last shift I was struggling as I could feel blood pressure rising after break time. I tried to sit down whilst working and do deep breathing to make it go down but wasn't working. I was feeling uncomfortable and out of breath for hours until I gave up trying to control it and went to the toilet to sit for a few minutes which helped a lot. I'm worried that I'm going to be shouted at for not completing everything the store manager asked of me. He's not aware of my health conditions as I doubt my manager has told him about it. I didn't tell anyone on shift when it happened because I prefer to deal with my health quietly and not make a fuss. This high blood pressure happens often but I don't usually have set tasks or feel like I'm being monitored.

Will I get in trouble for it? Will they discipline me whilst I'm trying to work with health conditions? The internet says to rest for 5-10 minutes to bring pressure down but I tried to carry on working. In hindsight I'd have been better taking 10 minutes to get it down before carrying on with work but I'm not sure which one they'd see as better?
