Trying to find a foreign film (possibly Chilean or Argentinian) and hoping someone recognizes it:

A married couple is losing the spark in their relationship when a woman arrives claiming to be the wife’s sister-in-law (though the wife has never actually met her, only heard about her). She begins seducing the husband, leading to an affair, but as the story unfolds, he discovers she’s also been involved with his wife. In the end, the couple somehow reconnects and rekindles their marriage. There was also a twist ending I can’t fully remember.
