Ok I have gone through most of the megatread, recommendation from users. But most sites are either confusing to use, need an invite that is hard to get or redirects to questionable sites (yes I use ad Blocker) or similar.

I have seen the popular options audiobookbay etc. (not useful, or I'm just dumb)

Is there a site where I can just click download for and that's it? No subscription or having to download multiple applications etc?
