So just got the bike and I am new to the bike community. I noticed leaking from the bottom of the bike traced the cables and noticed the hose was plugged in. How ever at the bottom it was not connected to anything. I looked at a manual and noticed it there was no hose.

Should it have a cap? Thank you.
