I’m sharing my complete experience with HeyCoach in a timeline format so others can understand what actually happens.
📅 July 2024
Joined HeyCoach for their DSA and System Design program.
At the time of admission, I was clearly told about strong placement support and opportunities.
💳 September 2024 (EMI Started)
- First EMI: ₹9,251
- After that: ₹7,927/month
EMI was presented as “0 cost EMI”.
📚 December 2024
- Completed the course
- Cleared all assessments up to Level 8
- Was told profile is now eligible for placements
📅 Dec 2024 – Jan 2025
- No interview calls
- Reason given: “We are finding suitable opportunities for your profile”
📅 February 2025
- Got 2 opportunities
- 1 telephonic interview
- 1 assignment
Due to my schedule, I couldn’t attend/complete them.
👉 Got a warning email saying I might be blacklisted if it happens again.
📅 April 2025
- Had an interview with a company
- Interview got disconnected midway due to internal issue
After that:
👉 No update from company
👉 No follow-up from HeyCoach
📅 June–July 2025
- Gave interview in another company
After interview:
👉 No response from company
👉 No response from HeyCoach
Followed up for 1–2 months continuously.
Finally got reply from HeyCoach:
👉 “Your profile was duplicate”
❗ But if profile was duplicate:
- How was interview conducted?
- Why no feedback shared?
📅 Late 2025
- Continued follow-ups
- No structured updates
- No clear communication
Also:
👉 Received feedback forms without any actual interview
📅 2026 (Current Situation)
- It’s been 1.5+ years
- Still no placement
What I get now:
- Just 1 email per month saying “Your profile has been shared with XYZ company”
👉 No follow-up
👉 No interviews
👉 No results
📞 Communication Issues
- Placement coordinators mostly unavailable
- Calls ignored / delayed
- Sometimes told: “We will check”
- Sometimes: “We have left HeyCoach*”*
Emails:
👉 Replies come after 3–4 days
👉 Mostly generic responses, no solution
💰 Financial Reality
- Course fee shown: ₹1.58L
- Total payable via EMI: ~₹2.04L
- Interest ~20.5%
❗ Despite being told: “0 cost EMI”
📌 Support Received
- Resume review done
- 1–2 doubt sessions attended
But:
👉 No real placement support
👉 No consistent interview pipeline
❗ Current Situation
- 1.5+ years completed
- EMI still running
- No placement
- No clear plan
🤔 My Questions
- Is this what “placement support” actually means?
- Is this normal for such programs?
- Has anyone else faced similar experience with HeyCoach?
⚠️ Final Thought
>If someone is paying ₹1.5L+ for a program that promises placement support, there should be some accountability, timelines, and outcomes.
Right now, it just feels like:
👉 Pay fees
👉 Wait indefinitely
👉 Get no clear results
