• Converted messy product problems into PRDs, user flows, Jira tickets, and release-ready tasks
• Prioritized 50+ Jira tickets based on user impact, severity, and product goals
• Shipped 40+ feature enhancements across calling, chat, dashboards, privacy, and UX flows
• Worked on critical fixes around API integrations, latency, analytics, call reliability, and broken user journeys
• Built SaaS/product prototypes using AI tools, Figma, rapid prototyping, and product thinking
• Designed 300+ LLM prompts for AI-powered workflows and product use cases
• Currently diving deeper into n8n automation workflows to improve product and operational efficiency
