I have a Charles Schwab amex plat card. I am trying to transfer Amex MR points 1.1 to Charles Schwab but it is not going through. The website says the request is submitted but nothing happens and my points disappear but reappear when I login later. I did reconnect my CS and Amex account on friday and disconnected and reconnected again today. The last time I transferred points was two years ago so it made me relink the Amex and Charles Schwab accounts again on Friday. Do you know what the issue is and has anyone had this issue?
