I've been playing through Long 15 recently, and I must say that it's truly one of the best mods I've ever played. Overall, the quality is higher than that of many of the DLCs actually made by Obsidian.

My only problem so far is the quest "When I Get Low" where you have to steal the confiscated drugs from the Baker Community Center and give them to Nut. Specifically, I can't get him (Nut) to actually talk to me so I can give him the drugs. Every time I try to talk to him he tells me he's gambling and to go away or that he's busy and can't talk, and either time there's no way to further interact with him.

I've tried getting the wiretap from the sheriff and that didn't change anything.

Am I doing something wrong, and if not, how do I fix this?
