juggernaut's covenant vs vanquishing aspect ?
Hi,
I'm trying to understand how the Juggernaut's Covenant aspect works and if it's better than Vanquishing aspect.
- Juggernaut's Covenant : Consuming Resolve stacks with Juggernaught Oath grants an additional x(60-100%) damage.
-> Does this works only when I consume Resolve stacks, so 1 time every x seconds for the damage that consume Resolve stacks, or does this works the entirely time during the buff when I have consume Resolve stacks ?
- Vanquishing Aspect : You deal [60 - 90]%[x] more damage to Incapacitated enemies.
-> since we constantly applying Incapacited with the charms set Cathan's Righteous Will, frozen enemies with wolf pack, even frozen with block chance if needed, and boss are incapacited very quickly, isn't it more consistant than Juggernaut's Covenant ?
What do you think ?
