Got two different scores on VISA verbal and WAIS 5 verbal test.

I took the VISA test out of curiosity and some of the vocabulary words were obscure for me and from the age of 3-11, I had a very limited exposure to words due to growing up alone and having speech delay. I grew up in a household where English wasn’t spoken and I lived in another country for few years that so I am a bilingual person. On VISA verbal, my total score is 108 and on WAIS 5 verbal my score is 121. I am thinking about reading more so that my verbal skills improve more.
