When it comes to Drake... the trickery, shenanigans and scapegoating is endless.

Remember a photographer filed a lawsuit over the What Did I Miss music video?

Well I think I’m onto that photographers tricks. He didn’t even serve Drizzy the lawsuit and it was ultimately dismissed with prejudice in Jan 2026— meaning the court told that photographer, “Shoo and you can’t come back either.”

There is nothing wrong with referencing art in other art. Not to mention the color grading and composition of Drake’s reinterpretation is far more aesthetic than the original reference.

But I think I see why that photographer filed that lawsuit. He was burying the lead possibly.

I didn’t know this until this morning but it’s the same photographer who shot that creepy Balenciaga campaign. When I google his name— Gabriele Galimberti, the Drake lawsuit comes up first.
