Should grooming franchise be allowed to discount dogs for customers and not pay me the difference?

So I work for Woofgang and this is my first time with them. I came from Petsmart and if a dog was ever "discounted" from manager or at register we the groomers still got our full pay... Here I have to constantly deal with receptionists/owners that know nothing about dogs so I constantly get double coated/poodle/doodle dogs with NO double coat/doodle fee attached, or the dog is mislabeled on weight so I get paid for doing a "medium" dog when the dog was a large. I bring it up to the owners to change these and they tell me "Well pet owner said if we raise price they will leave so its best to keep it discounted for them" But like thats fine and all but why should I take the hit... Why should I do a blow out on a fluffy german shepherd for the same price as a greyhound because you don't wanna lose the customer. And then I also will get some cop out excuse like "Well isn't it better than them not coming at all and you not getting paid anything?" Like how do I bring this up to these people, or is this a normal thing and I am just tripping. Thoughts?

Edit: While most dogs are correctly labelled this basically happens on average 4x a week and overtime that adds up on commission I am losing. Especially in this economy.
