What good thing did happen to you this week? (04.05.26 - 10.05.26)

Hi fellow Redditors, due to the success and lots of positive comments that have gathered under my previous post (which you can check out here), I feel confident turning this post into a weekly habbit.

You guys left some amazing comments and stories in the comment section, I'd like to thank all of you here for participating in the creation of some friendly, positive and meaningful atmosphere. You all rock! :)

Back to the question: Please, evaluate your week, think really through how this week went by, and feel free to share anything that happened to you this week - any day of the week -, anything that made you feel (even if just a little) happiness, pride or joy.

Allow me to begin:

- I got some plants, repotted them and placed them around my home

- I got a new, large backpack for grocery shopping and have already tested it

- Helped my neighbour and had great conversations with him

Hi fellow Redditors, hope this post gets a pass. I've run into this question on a different subreddit and personally found it intriguing and provided a great opportunity to spread positivity and show appreciation for the tiny things that happen to us day to day and makes our days whole.

The question is simple: What is something that happened to you this week, something that brought joy, pride or happiness whilst your stay in Germany?

It can be as simple as a smile from the mailman through an advancement in your career all the way to winning the lottery. It doesn't matter what it is (adhering to Reddit's and this Subreddit's policies of course) as long as it made You happy.

I'd like to encourage everyone to evaluate their week, think really through how this week went, and actively look for positivity in these, sometimes grey days.

Allow me to begin:

- I found a great picture and a set of shelves on Kleinanzeigen, therefore I can bring more life into my bedroom and living room
- I visited a neighbouring city completely on my own riding my motorcycle
- After a long holiday I finally got to see my lovely co-workers again
