Just had this come up in a game,
If twilight council is using BANISH in a clearing with let’s say (3 Council, 1 Assembly and 1 Keeper, 1 Relic) they roll a 2-0.
This becomes a 1-0 from the Keepers ability.
The Council gets to FORCE the Keeper to move to another clearing.
BUT
WHO decides if the Keeper gets to bring their relic with them or not?

I’m new to Root and trying to figure out a few unlikely scenarios.
In this instance, the cats hire the otters as mercenaries. The cats craft during daytime, so they rule 3 mice clearings.
The cats craft the favor of the mice.
What gets removed from the mouse clearing with the otters in this instance?
Is it:
All 3 otter warriors plus the trade post?
Just the trade post
Nothing

Ps: I checked the Law of Root and it doesn’t exactly explain the scenario so I just wanted to see if someone could help me understand better.
