New ICU APRN guidance

I just accepted an offer for an ICU position as a new grad APRN. Most of my background is in ED, so I am looking for guidance. Are there any apps that people recommend or specific resources I should look up? I am a member of AACN and will be looking to see what resources they have for new APRNs.

I am graduating with my AGACNP but torn on several potential jobs at a facility. There are positions within SICU, Neuro ICU, an observation unit, and the trauma team at a Level I Trauma Center. I am not 100% sure what I want to be when I grow up but know I enjoy Critical Care/Emergency Medicine.

All have different onboarding education and in patient “ownership”, with some being full care while others are partial care. All offer autonomy/collaboration.

My question is how do I choose which job to choose? I know I don’t have to stay forever, but also don’t want to limit myself in the future.
