Hi all,

Looking for any tips, advice, pushes

I'm 34, 35 in Nov. Always wanted but never done massive travel break fell in to jobs straight after uni. Got a big feeling to do working holiday, very happy to work on farm as have been in the industry here. Corporate burn out and farm work, no laptop screens seems idyllic.

I have a house to sell, some commitments this year. I'm single so should be straight forward I am hoping.

So yeah I am thinking of putting house up for sale after summer applying for the visa when I know the house sale is all fine.

Has anyone applied just before their 35th birthday and had any issues?
