My recently acquired and very rare Goya GX-23 P-Bass clone
These are rare as hen's teeth, some people speculate less than 100 were made. I especially like the double split-coil pickups. I've had this one gone over and had all the electrics re-soldered and checked. It's got a mahogany body, maple neck, and string-through setup. Controls are a 3-way pickup selector switch, tone, and volume.
I drove a 5 hour round trip to get this at an obscure pawn shop for $150, because the moment I saw it I knew I had to have it. I'm going to be shielding the electronics soon, as they don't have any and hum a little.
It's got some dings and dents, but it feels nice in the hands and has a loud powerful sound.
