My research partner and I are graduating Civil Engineering students from Adamson University. We are gathering data for our thesis entitled: "Factors Influencing the Adoption of Base and Hybrid Seismic Isolation Systems in Philippine Private Educational Infrastructure."
We are specifically looking for Structural Engineers or Civil Engineers with structural design experience to answer a brief, 5-to-7-minute Google Form survey. Your actual industry experience is crucial for us to understand the technical and economic barriers to adopting anti-seismic technologies locally
(Note: Direct experience with actually designing seismic isolators is 𝐍𝐎𝐓 required! We simply need your ground-level industry expertise to understand the technical and economic barriers as to why these technologies are not widely adopted locally).
