Have people been able to resell/buy tickets on the MLB site? I keep refreshing and nothing seems to pop up :/

I've seen a few pop up on ticketmaster for NYC, but they sell too fast haha.

I'm a 5'10" woman - does anyone have clothing store recommendations that might fit me? (mainly concerned about pants)
