Qotra's Regulator Popcorn Summon Raging Spirit
I put this build together in the past few days its pretty good for bossing and decent for mapping.
The core of the build revolves around scaling minion life on your minions through the use of Foulborn The Formless Inferno then scaling fire resistance on your minions.I gave Qotra's Regulator to the minions through the use of Necromantic Aegis. Qotra's Regulator is used to kill the SRS for Minion Instabilities juicy 33% life explosion. I changed the Minions damage fire damage to Chaos with the Mercenaries glove mod allowing the use of wither to scale the damage further.
This started as is a proof of concept for a Qotra's Regulator since that is not really used along side a different take on Popcorn SRS. I went higher budget than I think I should have (250ish div) but I think it can be brought down in price quite a bit from where I have it at to about 50div maybe even cheaper.
A quirk of Qotra's means you need to find a way to lower/prevent your non-Raging Spirit Minions from dealing critical strikes. I did this through the use of Imbued gems to give them Controlled Destruction.
