Sharing so boys girls of age 20-25 can avoid these mistakes.Today, i could have 6million pkr in PSX if I did not make following mistakes.I was lucky to land a job after uni but unlucky to direct my earnings/savings. Wasted 4-5 years of income as

• Trusted my close relatives like mamo and helping them all the time. Made myself available for their disputes. Wasted time and money there. Gave them huge amount as loans multiple times. Last time I gave them 1 million pkr as a loan a year ago. Still begging them to return the amount. Never fight for other guys. Hide you income. Never feel obligated to help others specifically poor relatives. Give them sadqa zakat but never loan them. You will end up in frustration, stress, time and energy loss. Learn to identify infected and unhappy people as robert greene mentioned in 48 laws of power.
• Again Trusted relatives and other people and bought agricultural land without doing due diligence. We paid fully but still titles/documentation is either incomplete or defective. And sellers are not cooperative now as they have already received their payment. Lesson- Avoid buying land in early years of career. I mean buy 10-20 marls for home if needed otherwise avoid it. If you want to buy, spend some time to verify ownership.
• Trusted scammers for quick profits. I lost huge amount due to Zahid Hussain / Naz Capital / Anas Qureshi / Mohsin Hussain. Bought shit cypto coins and made loss there. They sell courses and design portfolio.

My take, never trust relatives, avoid quick profits, do not feel responsible to fix the mess of your relatives. Play safe. Have a mentor. 1st put yourself on financial freedom path and then jump into shitty holes. Otherwise you will end up in frustration like me and this is not letting me focus on my job.
