Horse breeding question from a non horse owner.
(Not my photos). this is the second time I've seen photos of a striped horse. May I ask why aren't stripes bred for? like I have seen where they will breed two spotted horses together to get smaller or more vibrant spots, but I've never heard of anyone breeding striped horses or attempting to. Are they descendants of zebra-horses so it's unethical to breed them?
I'm genuinely curious I think a striped Clydesdale would be so cool.
