forewarning: my modlist has around almost 500 mods. mc forge 1.20.1

my game keeps crashing whenever I break a block. The logs keep mentioning my minimap mod (Xaero's) or the mod Chunks Fade-In.

Additionally, the connected textures will not work. I have continuity, sinytra connector and forgified fabric api. it never works with any texture pack but the one i'm trying to use right now is https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/texture-packs/optimum-realism
