I haven't found anything more recent, but this is a mess. I hope he's gotten his life together since.

The scene starts at 1:13. Smitty is continuing to get info for his investigative report about the illegal plasma ring by talking to his ex-father-in-law Ted in the country club locker room. There's no reason for him to be shirtless (probably to distract from the bad storylines they've had lately), but I doubt anyone's complaining.

Mike Manning is fit!

I mentioned in a previous post watching "Beyond The Gates". Mike Manning from the DC season plays Smitty, who's married to Martin. In today's episode, they came home to find their 16-year-old daughter about to have relations with a sketchy boy on the living room couch. After dealing with the situation, they discuss it after. Smitty then makes an RW reference.

I love when the writers make references to the actors' other shows.
