I’m starting over… again. I am starting off with taking a dance class once a week and adding in more walking and stretching during the rest of the week. By the end of the month I’m starting with a dietitian and possibly starting a glp-1. I’m 30 and I feel like it takes me days to recover from a work out. Mostly my hips hurt so much I can barely walk the day after dance. Is there a way to recover faster or is it just something that will take time?
