I got the pomade for Bill, but I'm in Chapter 4 in Shady Belle and can't find him ANYWHERE. Does anyone know where to find him??
Edit: The main missions I have right now are Gilded Cage (Hosea) and Mary-Beth
Edit 2: Apparently I had to do the Hosea mission to get Bill back.
