Hi i am about to accept a 4 year full time offer letter with NSW public sector.
The offer letter mentions my remuneration will commence at $140000.
Does this mean i ll be locked on 140k for next 4 years or will i be able to negotiate my salary in the future?
Ofcourse as long its within the award range..
I use minoxidil for about 6 months, and stopped using it around 4 months ago. My hair is still falling off.
I started 0.5mg finasteride 2 months ago. It doesn’t seem to be doing much.
I am not sure if my hair loss is due to stopping minoxidil or a initial finasteride shed.
A week after my interview, I was contacted by the HR for an identity check, police clearance, and references. I was informed that these steps are carried out only for the preferred candidate.
However, it has now been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t received any update. The portal status has remained “Under Review” since the day HR reached out.
Is this timeframe normal or i am not getting the job?
