ISB PGP YL vs ESSEC MIM
Got accepted and now I’m confused.
Background: Scored 97% in 12th. 6.95 GPA( top 20%ile)
Work experience: Have done 1 founders office internship while I was in college. Have worked full-time in my family business since graduating. Started exports for my business and even spent some time in the Middle East for this project.
Goals: I want to get into consulting in the short term to work on different business areas and sectors. Hopefully MBB. Want to become an entrepreneur in the long term. Maybe work in my family business as well, but I’m not sure.
Dilemma: ESSEC gives me the chance to build my profile through multiple internships and apprenticeships. ISB on the other hand has a very strong consulting pipeline. However, I think that my family business background acts as disadvantage while I am applying for consulting jobs because I don’t have any brand names on my CV.
