My car (2021 CX5 Turbo) is covered by the class action settlement which extended the powertrain warranty. My local dealer/ service center is starting that there is no powertrain warranty extension and that only the valve stem repair is covered. They are also saying that they will not service the valve stem issue unless the low oil light is currently on (the light has cone on a few times and we have added oil).

If anyone has advice or documentation (service bulletin, etc) I would appreciate it.
