I'm a 23yo man and am in pretty good shape. However I'm tired all the time, despite working out and taking care of my hormonal health. Was recently told I snore pretty bad in my sleep by someone i was bunking with on a trip.
Thinking about getting a remote/at home sleep study to possibly diagnose my (what I suspect to be) OSA. I dont mind the thought of starting CPAP, but am a little hesitant at the same time.
Has anyone gotten rid of their snoring/sleep apnea elsehow? I was thinking maybe thu postural exercises, as i do spend a lot of time on my phone (as we all do). Just doesn't make sense to me why someone like myself would have sleep apnea... and feel like a zombie all the time.
Thanks
