I have long covid and post-viral mcas. Also have mcas induced ocd and it’s highly reactive to my mcas. Loratadine is absolutely amazing for my air hunger. However I cant handle the sedation whatsoever.

Does anybody have any remedies for mcas air hunger specifically viral? (I take quercitin rn)
