So my viper v3 pro started to not charge half a year ago. I tried everything like reinstalling synapse, plugging into different USB ports, resetting the mouse, etc but it still wouldn't charge. So up til now I've just been using the mouse while it's attached to the USB cable.

Recently I found a method: Repeatedly plug and unplug the cable into the mouse super quickly. It always starts to charge after I do that (at least in my case)

I don't know if I just got unlucky on my mouse or if this charging problem was a common thing among viper v3 pros, but at least now I've found a solution for myself haha
