I'm 23 months post op, male 50, active. I have gone through op, pt, then biokinetics, gym etc. Can do most of what I need / want in terms of climbing and running etc. But am still very tight (although pure dorsiflexion is OK as a lot of work has gone into it) and lack power in injured leg. Calf raises etc are not too bad. Am keen on recommendations for (late stage) rehabilitation focused on getting back original power and past the still aware of injry limitations stage.
