Im delayed for 7 days already and been experiencing cramps and heaviness for 3 days now. Tested everyday day since 1st day of my delayed period until today, all tests were negative. Im really worried. Am I pregant?

Its been 6 days already. Took pregnancy test every day since missed period and all results were negative. Nipples are also very sensitive when touched. Also been having white thick discharge from my vagina since friday.
Im always regular. This is the first time i got delayed this long. Also, I took medication for 1 week from april 8-14. I had to take antibiotics.
