This company invited me for a 1st round interview but it’s a video recording (a workable link) in which I have 15mins to answer 2 questions.

Does anyone have experience with this format or this specific company’s process? Glassdoor has 1 review from a while ago for an unrelated role and they mention a Zoom interview.

Email was from a company address and the person exists on LinkedIn. I’m just trying to not submit my face for some AI training (I know it may be inevitable at some point but I’m not comfortable with it yet). It looks like a legitimate company however.

If anyone’s in HR or if your team hires this way, have you seen candidates submit recordings with their cameras off or with a blank screen (so just a voice recording)?
