Land owner quota plots in century seasons are sold by Rajatha Developers (owned by Land owner). Due to some family issues they are not registering the plots since 1 year even after full payment. This has caused significant mental stress to many plot buyers. They have no intention to register. They are not afraid of the legal action also. Some RERA complaints also been registered. Some of the purchasers are in contact. Still we are not in contact with some people.
