May not be the right place to ask, and I don't have full information as it's not my phone nor my card.

The iPhone was purchased in full through Costco, using the CIBC Mastercard. 2 weeks later was stolen during a trip overseaes. When calling Belair, they asked for the police report, credit card statement for payment, and home insurance to see our deductible.

Is this likely to be fully or at least mostly covered?

Can anyone explain why they would need home insurance info? Google seems to stress the secondary/primary insuror part, but I'm not sure I really understand the relevance for a mobile device.

Who should we go about calling to have the IMEI blacklisted? Typically we'd go through the seller / provider, but neither the Mobile Provider, Apple, nor Costco seems to care about blacklisting the device to prevent further sale / loss of personal information (as unlikely as it may be, precaution would be nice).

Those of us that haven't been WLed yet know we only have a couple days left before the R hits.

We thinking tomorrow morning, or later in the week?

Need to plan my drinking accordingly.
