Hi
I have an query related to regarding employer reference letter and the “employment for the foreseeable future”

My employer have standard template and mentioned SOC. Ode , Salary Threshold , Authorised Absence etc but have just mentioned is employed in permanent capacity and very strict that they will not add foreseeable future or continuous line , I have 5 year history with same employer
Can some one suggest if they have similar situation and got ILR approved
