I hope this doesn't get deleted. I attempted to ask in the galaxy watch 8 classic community, but it shows 5 visitors a week.
I use a 26U and watch⁸ classic. Long time Samsung user and vet, so I know all the normal troubleshooting tips, settings, etc. .
Two nights ago, go to check my energy and sleep score and nothing, blank, as if I have no wearable. Went through all the steps to correct it and figured it'd be a one time glitch. This morning again I checked and it showed a sleep score of 50 with only 2 hours of sleep. I slept like 7 and it was great sleep.
Has anyone had this happen? I'm doing everything correct and have been for years. I've changed mothing. Never had a problem.
I turned wrist detection off this morning and will see if that works.
A few nights ago I slid my watch further back away from wrist bone just for sleep because I suspected my reading weren't accurate. It worked great that night so I began doing that, now I get nothing. I thought it mightve been too loose, perhaps now it's too tight?
I have tattoos, but have had them for 20 years.
I do have another galaxy watch⁸ base model. If this happens again I'll try that one.
Just hoping there's something I'm missing and one of you guys could help. My #1 reason I use the watch is for sleep tracking and fitness. Thanks
