Anybody know of anyone selling an acre or less of land that can be sold for private farming?

Me and my family want to be able to grow cucumbers, tomatoes, and other veggies away from *major* pestisides and would love to purchase a patch of land that we have free will to visit, care for, change plants, and harvest all year round without interruption or messing up major gardening operations of the land owner.

How can I get a TNR or a rescue to come save a very shy but VERY sweet kitty. They are skinny, have "sad eyes" and some sort of mild skin issue causing red spots on their head and shoulders.
