Not looking for medical advice .. I've been outside a lot. Hoping mosquitos. I already ripped my bed apart. Questionable things: black staining (husband thought mold), tiny brown/black spec on box on top of mattress under sheet (up close could be questionably a bug but didn't see a head or legs and didn't move), tons of bites on my left shin only. (Upon further inspection tinier bites on right shin, nowhere else on body though). Not looking for bug bite identification.
