how do you think they will and/or should handle things that are only mentioned later in the books, but in reference to earlier? just leave it as is, or put in some sort of nod?

for example, in half blood prince, the ice cream shop in dragon alley was put out of business, and harry mentions that they used to give him free ice cream. I thought it could be cool to have him with ice cream earlier on - not sure if they should acknowledge it, but showing it could be cool.

I had another example yesterday but I don’t remember lol but there are plenty!
